4.1 All gift vouchers, packages, and memberships will be processed during our clinic opening hours. 4.2 Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive confirmation of your purchase within 48 hours. 4.3 If you do not receive your voucher after 48 hours, please contact us using the details below.
5. How to Redeem a Purchase for a Treatment
5.1 To redeem a gift voucher, package, or membership for a treatment, simply contact us via phone or email to book your appointment. 5.2 You must present confirmation of your purchase at the time of your appointment, either in printed form or electronically. 5.3 Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period. Expired vouchers will not be accepted unless otherwise stated.
6. Coupons and Promotions
6.1 From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or coupons. These are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be stated at the time of the offer. 6.2 Promotional codes cannot be applied to existing orders and must be used within the specified validity period. 6.3 Only one promotional code can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.
