Patient Journey
Initial Enquiry
All enquiries are treated with the utmost care. We value every enquiry, and go above and beyond to facilitate all requests. We respond to all enquiries in a timely manner, and offer appointments for as soon as possible.
Consultation
Patients are required to complete registration forms when in clinic. During this time patients get a good understanding of what we offer and the results they can achieve. Patients have a 3D assessment and skin analysis to allow them to visualise and understand. Our team then offer personalised treatments.
Consent
We take the time to go through all proposed treatment plans in detail. We discuss the treatment process (including possible side effects) and the expected results. We make sure our patients understand their journey.
Treatment
Our patients will be asked to relax, and once settled – treatment will begin. If they are opting for a treatment that may involve discomfort, they will be offered numbing cream and ice to prevent pain, bruising or swelling. Stress balls and calming music optional.
Aftercare
Patients will always be given clear written and verbal aftercare. We always offer follow up reviews. We are always on hand – before, during and after treatment. We are always looking for ways to enhance our patient experience. This not only improves patient satisfaction, but it also contributes to better overall health outcomes and positive word of mouth referrals.
